Hi, I’m Blazhen Nastevski, a pianist, composer, and your personal guide to discovering the joy of piano.
I’ve spent years immersed in music, but what truly drives me is helping people like you realize their musical dreams—no matter your starting point.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck. Maybe you’ve thought it’s too late, or that learning piano is just too hard. Maybe you’ve told yourself, “I don’t have the time” or “I’ll never be good enough.”
I’ve worked with countless students who felt exactly the same way—until they didn’t.
Here’s the truth: there’s no ‘right’ time or ‘perfect’ way to learn piano. Whether you’re starting at 5 or 75, music is for everyone.
You don’t need a conservatory degree, years of training, or hours of practice every day. You just need the right support, the right mindset, and the right plan.
And that’s exactly what I want to give you.
I’m inviting you to a FREE, no-strings-attached, 1:1 call with me. We’ll talk about what YOU want from the piano—whether it’s playing your favorite songs, nailing that piece you’ve always loved, or just feeling the thrill of making music.
There’s no judgment, no pressure—just a conversation about your goals, and how I can help you reach them.
This isn’t about fitting you into a rigid, one-size-fits-all program. It’s about crafting a learning path that works for YOU.
You don’t need to be a prodigy to play the piano. You just need to be you.
I’ve helped students who never thought they could play. People who felt too old, too busy, or just not talented enough.
But with the right guidance, they’re now playing the music they love—confidently, joyfully, and on their own terms.
So here’s my promise to you: If you’ve ever dreamed of playing the piano, I’ll help you make it happen.
No pressure, no rush—just a chance to chat about what you love, and how we can bring piano into your life in a way that feels right for you.

Real Students, Real Success
I’ve had the privilege of working with students who once thought piano wasn’t for them. Some started later in life, while others had tried and given up. Today, they’re playing the songs they love with confidence and enjoying their musical journey. Here’s what some of them had to say:
My story might just be the best example of finding joy in playing piano without following the "institutional rules."
I was an extremely energetic and hyperactive child, and that naturally led me down a path of sports. I used to play basketball seriously, training until I was 16. During this time, I participated in the world of music only as a listener.
At the age of 16, I transferred from a gymnasium to a music high school and played the tuba for four years. I took piano as a side subject for the first time, where we would play just to get familiar with the instrument. While it was a true pleasure to play the tuba as part of an orchestra and experience working under the guidance of a conductor, it never grew on me—I just couldn’t develop a love for the instrument.
After finishing high school and breaking my tuba teacher’s heart by not following in his footsteps, I decided to take a break and find myself musically. I really wanted to be a musician and feel a sense of belonging in the music world. It took me a year, and during that time, I felt like I was drifting away from being a musician. This was when I took my first private piano lesson—a real lesson. From then on, I became more and more certain that I wanted piano playing to be part of my skill set, even though I was at peace with not becoming the world's next best pianist.
I had ups and downs along the way. I felt "too old" yet like a beginner starting from scratch. I struggled but stayed on course, practicing consistently. I almost quit numerous times, but when people approached me to say how much they enjoyed my playing—even when I thought it was bad—it kept me motivated. I started enjoying my playing more and more, moved my ego aside, and let the music do its magic.
I was disciplined and dedicated. I practiced and learned, and before I knew it, I found my first job as a performer at a very elite hotel in Austria. When I came back after a year, I decided to enroll in a music academy to dive deep into music arranging, explore modern music, and start performing with bands, solo, and in jazz big bands. Right after graduation, I enrolled in the Music Conservatory in the Netherlands to study jazz piano and got certified in piano pedagogy.
What I want you to take from this story is that I had my first "official" piano education long after I had already been playing and making a living with the piano.
Now, I play, compose, and teach others. So no, it's not too late. No, you're not too old or too young. And no, you do not need a conservatory that costs tens of thousands of dollars to play the music you love.
Let’s get on it—let’s play!
